Terms & Conditions

• To avoid disappointment or unnecessary travel, an appointment is required. I cannot accommodate Clients who call unexpectedly, either in person or over the phone looking for an On-The-Spot Card Reading.

• Acceptable methods of payment = Cash, Visa/MasterCard Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo Only (Personal checks are not accepted)

• REFUNDS: All services are non-refundable but I am happy to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours advance notice. You are remitting payment as a “Service”, not “Goods.” You’re not paying for a product. You’re paying me, Readings By Catiara LLC/Catiara Marie Campbell, for my knowledge, experience, insights, and my time. You’re paying me to set aside everything else in my life, clear my schedule, and dedicate myself entirely to you for the duration of your session.

• When you schedule a Card Reading/Spiritual Life Coaching Session you are receiving from me a customized, personalized service, not any ordinary product.

• CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: Please call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. (913) 788-1228

• NO-CALL/NO-SHOWS do not get a rescheduled appointment, ever. Your time is important, which is why I am on-time ready to meet with or read for you. My time is important too. 

• MINORS: All clients 16-17 must be accompanied by and/or receive permission from a parent​. A signed waiver may be required. I do not provide readings for anyone under 16. (Only exceptions are at a public fair or event with accompanying parent)

• I am a Professional Card Reader but this does not suggest that I am a Medium,  I do NOT give messages from the dead.

• CARD READING/SPIRITUAL LIFE COACHING IS SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE: A card reading/spiritual life coaching session can offer spiritual direction, to help with personal growth and self-reflection. It should never be confused with clinical counseling, psychotherapy, medical advice, dietary advice, legal or financial advice, or qualified therapy from a licensed professional. Always seek multiple perspectives and licensed professional opinions before making any major life decision.

• All Card Readings/Spiritual Life Coaching Sessions are completely private and confidential, I will not share them with a Third-Party, unless you are a danger to yourself or others. 

• Card Readings/Spiritual Life Coaching Sessions are a Two-Way Process. I may ask Questions during the Card Readings/Life Coaching Session and expect the involvement of my Client in their Card Readings/Spiritual Life Coaching Sessions. This helps to yield more information, thus enabling the Card Readings/Spiritual Life Coaching Sessions to open up and expand. Please do not offer any information that is not directly asked.

• Card Readings do not predict the future as set in stone but are based on the probable outcome of events which are influenced by the current behavior and attitude of the Client and those around them.

• In Tarot, no card is viewed as totally negative as each has something to teach us. All cards represent part of the human experience of life. The Death Card does not necessarily carry a meaning of Physical Death but can represent one of liberation from a negative situation or the end of a particular cycle in our life. It suggests change, transition, and transformation. The release of the old to make room for the new. It is not a card to be feared.

• Tarot Cards are not dangerous, evil or bad luck, but are simply an expression of our subconscious wherein lies the answers or solutions to all our life issues. A Tarot Card Reading is similar to dream interpretation where our subconscious relays information to us through the imagery on the cards.

• Tarot and/or Oracle Cards carry images that reflect aspects of life we are all familiar with. As a Professional Card Reader I have trained and studied their imagery and associated meanings, and am therefore in a position to interpret the cards that you have selected.

•  A Card Reading is not absolute or carved in stone. As a Professional Card Reader, I will offer my opinion and advice, but will not interfere with the free will of the Client. Any decisions made or actions taken by the Client as a result of a Card Reading/Spiritual Life Coaching Session are the sole responsibility of the Client.

• I do NOT give Specific Financial, Legal, Medical or any other Advice as I am not Professionally Qualified or Licensed to do so.

• My Card Readings/Spiritual Life Coaching Sessions are constructive and not destructive. I give consultations to empower my Clients.

• I will be honest in what I see and will not give false hopes or empty promises in order to keep my clients happy.

• I will be compassionate and sensitive to your feelings and will not judge or condemn.

• I will never refuse a Client a Card Reading/Spiritual Life Coaching session on the grounds of Race, Color, Religious Belief, Disability or Sexual Orientation.

• I do reserve the right to refuse a client a Card Reading/Spiritual Life Coaching session based on any other reason. (i.e. client's behavior, failure to arrive on time for an appointment, personal safety concerns, etc.)

• I do NOT predict Lottery Numbers, Winning Sports Teams, or any other kind of gambling activity.

• MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: Any wellness practice and holistic health or nutritional insight provided during the course of your tarot reading session is intended for general information purposes only. Please consult with your health care provider before administering any suggestions provided in this reading. If you have diagnosed pre-existing conditions, then do not change your diet before consulting your treating physician. Never take vitamin supplements without first consulting your treating physician. Always apply common sense and prudent discretion to any holistic health information you receive.

Card Readings/Spiritual Life Coaching Sessions are subject to interpretation and should not be taken as absolute and are never 100% accurate or guaranteed.

 

Card Readings/Spiritual Life Coaching Sessions do not replace Professional Medical/Legal/Business Opinion and/or Advice and will NOT force you to follow a particular course of action, or attempt to exert any form of control over your free-will and common sense. Any decisions made, or actions taken by you, as a result of your Card Readings/Spiritual Life Coaching Sessions, are your sole responsibility and have not been forced upon you by me, your Professional Card Reader/Spiritual Life Coach.

It is only with the complete understanding and acceptance of the above that your Card Readings/Spiritual Life Coaching Sessions will take place.

eGift Cards/Certificate Terms & Conditions

​

• eGift Cards/Gift Certificates do not expire. 

• eGift Cards/Gift Certificates are not valid with any other special offer or discount.

• eGift Cards/Gift Certificates are valid for a single transaction only.

• eGift Cards/Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash in part or full.

• No credit or change will be given on any unused portion of a eGift Cards/Gift Certificate.

• No replacement for lost or stolen eGift Cards/Gift Certificates.

• eGift Cards/Gift Certificates redemption for Card Reading appointments cannot be booked online. You must call, text, or email to schedule appointment. (913) 788-1228 or catiara@catiara.com

• The terms and conditions of eGift Cards/Gift Certificates may be amended at any time at the discretion of Readings By Catiara LLC and shall be binding on the customer.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 
 

All direct payment gateways used by Readings By Catiara LLC adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
